Looking for a fun indoor activity for the whole family this winter or spring?
Go on an ancient adventure during a very special Academy Night in the Museum! Overnights at the Academy include the chance to see our special, limited-time exhibit Crocs: Ancient Predators in a Modern World after the sun goes down!
Watch out! These nocturnal critters may surprise you.
Before you set up your sleeping bag next to lions, tigers, or dinos, you can join your family in fun science games and hands-on activities.
All overnights give your family the chance to enjoy close encounters with free-flying butterflies, dig for dinosaur bones, and come face-to-face with the animals in our dioramas. You can go on a scavenger hunt, do a hands-on experiment, or inspect some not-so-creepy crawlies.
Then break to hang out with your fellow explorers, and enjoy delicious snacks. Take some free time to explore every corner of the Academy’s famous exhibits, and then sit back and relax as we bring you a fascinating live animal show. Finally, you can explore the museum for a full day when the overnight ends.
Registration is now open for all three upcoming Night in the Museum events. Night in the Museum is perfect for scout groups, birthday parties, kids’ clubs, sports team retreats, and more. Register below or call 215-299-1060 to register a group of 10 or more:
